Mary and her husband, Jim, live in Little Rock,
Arkansas.  They have two married sons and five
grandchildren (five years and under). A graduate of
Louisiana State University, she is committed to
encouraging women with hearts for their homes.

An experienced speaker for large and small groups,
Mary’s messages touch the hearts of women of all
ages.  She is the author of Help for Busy Moms:
Purposeful Living to Simplify Life and the co-author of
There’s No Place Like Home and FamilyLife's
Resurrection Eggs® Activity Book.

She is a past president of the Arkansas Pioneer Branch
of the National League of American Pen Women and  a
co-founder of the American Christian Writers chapter
at FamilyLife.  She is also a member of the Society of
Children Book Writers and Illustrators and American
Christian Fiction Writers.
